Consulta Vehicular is the Dominican Republic’s first vehicle history reporting solution available to consumers via the web providing easy access to individuals who want to be extra careful when buying a used vehicle. Epiphany was tasked with the creation of this system from the ground up including the implementation of a payment system to accept international credit cards to purchase the history reports. Extensive data-mining was performed to collect, sort and filter data from different sources across the country – bringing the end-user an extensive but user-friendly vehicle history report.
